Total Body Workout! In-Person

Are you tired of your usual exercise routine and looking for something new and exciting? It's time to try Total Body Workout!

This class involves strength training using  body weight, 2 sets of  hand-held weights and a mat. You'll engage in low-impact movements that will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and have fun while doing it.

Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. Payment can be made at the Library by cash or check.
